• 1. Bend a paper clip to loop around the elastic.
• 2. Take a rubber grip
• 3. Insert the paper clip into the rubber grip.
• 4. Pull the paper clip throught the rubber grip onto the elastic
• 5. Remove the paper clip
• 6. Repeat for other rubber grip
• 7. You're all set
